💕Hey boo thangs! I’m excited to announce a new supporting role to the Hannah Joy Fitness fam, @celsiusofficial !!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️ I most definitely use to be the girl who needed a highly tingly/caffeinated pre-workout drink before every 🏋🏼♀️ lift, run, or workout class and eventually the constant intake of all the chemicals and sugars in those kind of drinks starting taking a toll on my gut health. •• Recently I discovered these Celsius drinks at my local Sprouts market and was so happy to find out that they not only taste delicious (hello kiwi guava 😍) but don’t have all the “junk” in them that most energy drinks have. I love the fact that most of my favorite flavors are sweetened with stevia and that the caffeine source is green tea!! I do love my coffee, but sometimes a girl just wants some fizzy goodness (not all are carbonated) to sip on pre run or leg session! 👉🏻 Now....to use this little caffeine boost to try and hit this last treadmill run before tackling 13.1 miles this weekend in place of the half marathon that I was training for...
